Izak and Linky Kirsten run hunting and photographic safari in the Green Karoo and Kalahari, from Douglas on the Orange River, and across southern Africa. The lodge follows the animals.

This is not a brochure paragraph. Children sit in the same camp, ride to the fire, and watch the country work. Hunters, photo guests, and observers share the week.

Where you stay
The lodge follows the safari.
Big Five country is a different bed from a Tiny Ten hunt, a Karoo plains week, or a photo trip. Guests stay in lodges chosen for the animals and the country — not a single named WOW ranch.
Kids are welcome. Meals and laundry sit on the packages. Hard liquor and taxidermy do not.
